Invoke Her blessings through the chanting of Her 1,000 sacred names to seek relief from all nine planetary afflictions, difficult dashas, negative influences, and recurring obstacles.

About This Sacred Temple and the Homa

According to Hindu tradition, Shakti Peethas are powerful sacred sites where parts of Goddess Sati’s body or ornaments are believed to have fallen, making them especially revered places of Divine Mother worship. Kashi Vishalakshi Temple is one of these sacred Shakti Peethas, located in the holy city of Varanasi. Goddess Lalitha Tripurasundari is revered as the supreme Divine Mother, whose Shakti transcends the influence of the nine planets. When difficult planetary placements, challenging dashas, or karmic obstacles create disturbances in life, worshipping the Divine Mother is traditionally regarded as a powerful spiritual remedy. During this special Homa, priests will chant the 1,000 names of Goddess Lalitha and make sacred offerings into the Homa fire, including your name, nakshatra, and personal Sankalpa, seeking Her grace for protection, prosperity, harmony, and relief from planetary afflictions.
