REFUND

1) We stand behind our products at Cosmic Insights and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered online and are also based on live consultations we generally offer no refunds, so we request for you to consider your purchase with consideration.

2) If you change your mind about your purchase and you have (a) not downloaded our product yet, (b) it has not been sent to you, (c) it has not been allocated to an astrologer yet to diarize or (d) you have not had your consultation yet, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request if made within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests made after this are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

3) If you wish to cancel an order, please email our customer care team at info@cosmicinsights.net within 1 hour of placing your order. Cancellations will only be accepted if the service or product has not been activated or delivered. Once the product or service has been activated or delivered, cancellations and refunds will not be applicable.

4) The timelines displayed on the site are an approximate. We try our very best to adhere to them; however, as these reports are manually generated by our team and astrologers, they may be subject to delays. We will do our upmost to deliver them on time, but delays will not be considered as a basis for a refund.

5) We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect data provided by the customer. We request for you to please re-check all your data when entering. However, if you e-mail us at info@cosmicinsights.net within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider the changes to be made.

6) The products and services offered by Cosmic Insights are not meant to replace any emotional or medical treatment. It is offered here as a service. Cosmic Insights holds no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology. Customers therefore assume full responsibility upon this matter and no refunds will be issued on this ground.

7) Cosmic Insights will manage any damage caused to products whilst in transit to the customer. No refunds will be issued for products damaged when returned to Cosmic Insights and the customer takes full responsibility for this.

8) While Cosmicinsightsshop.com tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this bias.

9) All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other admin charges incurred by Cosmic Insights in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.

10) Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order.

11) We endeavour to process any refunds within 7 business days from the date of receipt of request. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank and payment gateway after the refund is initiated.
